Here are the Filmmaker Portal Terms of Use:


1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with the Filmmaker Portal (www.filmmakerportal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access, use, or otherwise interact with the Filmmaker Portal.
2. Use. The Filmmaker Portal is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to utilize the Filmmaker Portal (a) to transmit any material that is defamatory, libelous, threatening; obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit; copyrighted, trademarked, or patented and without the permission of its owner; is spam or contains unsolicited messages; (b) impersonate another person or create a false identity; and (c) engage in any illegal activity.
3. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the Filmmaker Portal belong to its owner. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any of the Filmmaker Portal without express written permission.
4. Privacy. Filmmaker Portal’s owner is committed to protecting your privacy, and will not sell or rent your personal information to third-party companies. Filmmaker Portal’s owner will only use your personal information to provide you with access to the Filmmaker Portal.
5. Limitation of Liability. Filmmaker Portal’s owner is not responsible for any damage or loss that you may suffer as a result of using Filmmaker Portal.
6. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be stricken from these Terms, but the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
7. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Filmmaker Portal’s owner with respect to the Filmmaker Portal, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
8. Governing Law. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
9. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
10. Waiver. No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
11. Headings. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
12. Updates and Modifications. These Terms may be updated at any time. The date of the latest version will be posted on top. Your continued use of the Filmmaker Portal will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, please write to help@filmmakerportal.com to request that your account be deleted.
